They must be someone who exudes a passion for service experiences and shows genuine heartfelt care for both our guests & our team. Attention to detail & a desire to strive for excellence on a daily basis is paramount to the success of this role. Our Food & Beverage Duty Manager will be predominantly "on the floor" supporting & overseeing the team across our various food & beverage outlets. Guest engagement will play a very significant part in this role.As a Food and Beverage Duty Manager, you will be responsible for;

Supporting & overseeing the daily food & beverage operation
Assisting our team in developing lasting relationships with our guests to ensure they leave feeling pampered and longing to return.
Demonstrating leadership by inspiring your team to accomplish daily goals and targets and developing their skills in an ultra-luxury environment.
Ensuring our colleagues are nurtured and challenged within their roles to ensure peak performance.
Continually developing the product and the guest service proposition at Adare Manor to ensure it is positioned as a market leader.
Ensuring a highly effective operation to create and deliver Beyond Everything experience.

Successful candidates for this job will:

Have food & beverage mnagement/ duty management experience within a hospitality environment.
Demonstrate a strong leadership presence and take a proactive hands on role in order to identify and support colleagues on all levels
Be an inspirational leader who is passionate about creating highly energised teams to provide world class service
Be fluent in spoken and written English
Demonstrate the ability to work in a pressured environment with high expectation guests
Be commercially astute and have solid financial awareness
