If you share our passion for pushing boundaries and delivering extraordinary experiences, we would love to welcome you to our award-winning team.We are currently recruiting for a Food & Beverage Manager to join our team in The Drawing Room & Tack Room and a Food & Beverage Manager in The Gallery & In Room Dining department.We are looking for a candidate who is immaculately presented, engages well with guests and who can lead their team effectively with flair and skill. This must be someone who exudes a passion for executing excellent service experiences and shows genuine heartfelt care for their team and our guests.Located in the heart of Adare Manor the magical Gallery is steeped in history and graced with beauty, the grand scale of the room is a perfect match for our elegant Afternoon Tea and delicious breakfast. Our 24 hour In Room Dining team consistently strive to create and deliver beyond everything experiences so our guests can enjoy the beautiful sanctuary of their room.The Tack Room is a haven of welcome and warmth. Delicious food, great company and a legendary collection of the world's finest spirits come together to create an extraordinary atmosphere. The Drawing Room is the ideal spot for a tranquil interlude. The Drawing Room is open from 8am guests can take their morning coffee by the vast windows, drop in for light meals and refreshments until 5pm, and sip a flute of champagne or enjoy a cocktail created by our expert Mixologist, any time of the day.As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for;

The overall success and operation of the Outlet which you will be wholly responsible for.
Assisting your team in developing lasting relationships with our guests to ensure they leave feeling pampered and longing to return.
Demonstrating leadership by inspiring your team to accomplish daily goals and targets and developing their skills in an ultra-luxury environment.
Ensuring our colleagues are nurtured and challenged within their roles to ensure peak performance.
Continually developing the product and the guest service proposition at Adare Manor to ensure it is positioned as a market leader.
Ensuring a highly effective operation to create and deliver Beyond Everything experiences, maximising revenue and profitability across all areas in line with budget expectations.

Successful candidates for this job will:

Have ultra-luxury 5 star experience within a similar role
Demonstrate a strong leadership presence and take a proactive hands on role in order to identify and support colleagues on all levels
Be an inspirational leader who is passionate about creating highly energised teams to provide world class service
Be fluent in spoken and written English
Demonstrate the ability to work in a pressured environment with high expectation guests
Be commercially astute and have solid financial awareness
