Catering Assistant – Mayo

• Assist with basic food preparation while maintaining food hygiene and safety standards.
• Serve meals and beverages in a professional and friendly manner.
• Keep kitchen, dining and service areas clean and orderly.
• Replenish food stations and ensure serving areas are well-stocked.
• Support chefs and kitchen teams with day-to-day tasks.
• Engage positively with customers and handle basic queries.
• Operate as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team.

• Previous experience in a catering, food service or hospitality
• Food Safety and Manual Handling certificates (training can be provided)
• A team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and time management skills
• Barista experience is a bonus.
• Access to reliable transport (own or public)
