- Manage overall project cost, schedule, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
- Lead and oversee CSA work packages including structural, steel, concrete, cladding, and roofing.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Analyse, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slippage.
- Review and evaluate construction proposals, pricing, and scopes of work.
- Lead and facilitate client meetings and other required project meetings.
- Monitor and report on factors influencing construction costs, preparing detailed cost reports.
- Apply knowledge of construction procurement methods and manage long-lead equipment requirements.
- Review, validate, and audit cost estimates from subcontractors and internal teams.
- Support engineering decisions relating to project cost and budget during design-build changes.
- Track and ensure timely delivery and installation of CSA materials and equipment.
- Coordinate and oversee scheduling consultant reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and approve invoices, payment applications, and retention payments.
- Oversee project close-out, ensuring smooth transfer to the client with all required documentation and warranties.
- Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in a similar role within Engineering, Project Delivery, or a related discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience managing structural, steel, concrete, cladding, and roofing packages on major projects.
- Data Centre project experience is highly advantageous.
- Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office is required; experience with project management software is beneficial.
