We are currently seeking an organised and proactive Office Manager to support the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office environment. This role will also provide key administrative support to the wider team and senior leadership.Based in Dublin 15, this is a full-time, on-site position.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily office operations to ensure an efficient and well-organised workplaceCoordinate office space requirements, including layouts and workspace changesProvide administrative support to management and senior leadership teamsAssist with onboarding and coordination of new employeesMaintain and improve office policies, procedures, and systemsManage relationships with external suppliers and service providersOrganise and maintain records, reports, spreadsheets, and documentationHandle confidential and sensitive information with discretionRequirementsPrevious experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative roleStrong organisational and communication skillsHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPointAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working with a variety of systems and software toolsStrong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise workloads and support ad hoc tasks
