Assistant Director of Nursing

• Provide clinical leadership and support the day-to-day running of the nursing home
• Oversee care delivery, documentation, and clinical standards across the service
• Support and mentor nursing and care staff, promoting a strong team-based culture
• Lead on clinical governance, audits, and risk management
• Contribute to staff rostering, performance management, and ongoing development
• Act as a key point of contact for residents and families, ensuring a high standard of communication and care
• Deputise for the Director of Nursing as required

• Registered General Nurse with active registration on the NMBI register
• Previous experience in a senior nursing or management role
• Strong background in clinical governance and elderly care
• Proven leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
