- Prepare and present high-quality dishes according to the hotel’s standards
- Manage a specific section of the kitchen with efficiency and care
- Support junior staff with training and supervision
- Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety practices (HACCP)
- Contribute to menu development and innovation
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 4*/5* hotel or fine dining restaurant
- Formal culinary training or relevant qualification
- Strong understanding of food presentation, quality, and consistency
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
