- Manage and oversee physical inventory and cycle counts across warehouse, manufacturing, and external storage locations
- Review inventory trends, investigate discrepancies, and report findings to key stakeholders
- Ensure raw materials are maintained in the correct stock status within ERP systems
- Coordinate and verify the removal of expired raw materials and in-process inventory
- Support reporting of key inventory metrics, including scrap, excess and obsolete stock, and overall inventory levels
- Identify and support opportunities for cost savings and inventory optimisation
- Review and support updates to standard operating procedures to ensure they remain effective and compliant
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOX, and internal documentation and regulatory requirements
- Support the development and execution of raw material replenishment strategies
- Identify and implement improvements in purchasing and stock control processes
- Review and maintain min/max inventory levels based on capacity and demand planning
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including third-party logistics providers
- Challenge and validate inventory adjustment requests from warehouse and operational teams, ensuring appropriate justification and consideration of both quantity and financial impact
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related discipline preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, supply chain, or a related function
- Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is strongly preferred
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems is desirable
- Experience working with third-party logistics providers and/or manufacturing inventory processes is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools preferred
- Understanding of SOX and inventory compliance requirements
