- Renegotiate and renew customer contracts through digital platforms and phone conversations, ensuring competitive pricing and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Implement strategies to minimise customer churn by effectively communicating the value of our diverse product range, addressing customer concerns, and offering tailored retention incentives.
- Handle inbound customer sales and renewal inquiries with a consultative approach, providing expert advice on products, services, and pricing to maximise conversion rates.
- Identify and capitalise on cross-selling opportunities, educating customers on additional products and services that can enhance their experience and drive revenue growth.
- Proactively re-engage with lost customer accounts, leveraging insights to understand past challenges and offering compelling solutions to win back business.
- Champion our ‘Customer First’ culture by delivering a professional, knowledgeable, and customer-focused approach in all interactions.
- Support additional sales initiatives across the company, including participation in events and promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
