- Drive new business growth in the consumables space by identifying and securing opportunities with new clients across a wide range of industries.
- Manage and expand existing customer accounts, ensuring excellent service and tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute territory plans aligned with company sales strategy and targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience from order to delivery.
- Monitor market activity and customer needs to inform product positioning and sales approaches.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activity, pipeline development, and market feedback.
- Proven sales or business development experience, ideally in industrial consumables, safety equipment, or a related sector.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work independently.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to different customer environments.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Full clean driving licence required.
