- 5-7 years' project management experience delivering large-scale planning applications and EIAR/AA under Irish/British regulations.
- Proven expertise in EIS/EIAR/AA/NIS preparation, infrastructure planning, environmental assessment, and licensing.
- Strong track record managing complex projects with varied priorities, risks, and timelines.
- Excellent report writing, analytical, and presentation skills; deep knowledge of EIA, NIS, Appropriate Assessment, and Planning Acts.
