- Support the administration of pension policies from start to finish
- Process new business applications and policy amendments
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Liaise with clients, providers, and internal teams to resolve queries
- Assist with pension transfers, contributions, and benefit payments
- Ensure all work is completed in line with compliance and regulatory standards
- Contribute to a smooth and efficient client experience
- Previous experience in an administration role, ideally within financial services
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop within the pensions and financial planning space
- Salary of €30,000 - €32,000
