- Drive new business development across the Connacht territory.
- Manage and grow existing accounts, delivering excellent customer service.
- Build a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, social media, and proactive outreach.
- Represent premium, specialist products with knowledge and enthusiasm.
- Manage your own field schedule and call plan, while adapting to client needs.
- Work closely with senior management to hit and exceed sales targets.
- Proven track record in sales and business development, ideally within hospitality, on-trade, or FMCG.
- Genuine passion for wine, food, and quality products.
- A natural deal-closer with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive with autonomy in a field-based role.
- Competent with IT systems (Microsoft Office; social media marketing an advantage).
- Full, clean driving licence.
