Technical and Quality Coordinator - Household Food BrandsSalary: Negotiable, DOEJoin a fast-growing Irish food business with a strong portfolio of trusted brands. We're looking for a hands-on, detail-focused Technical and Quality Coordinator to join our team and help maintain the high standards our customers expect.This is an exciting opportunity to support the Technical function across supplier compliance, sample and spec management, and food safety processes. You’ll work closely with our Technical & NPD Manager, suppliers, and external labs to ensure everything runs smoothly, accurately, and to the highest quality standards.What You’ll Be Doing:

Responding to technical queries and managing technical documentation
Completing customer questionnaires and sharing BRCGS documents
Tracking and reviewing supplier certifications and specifications
Following up with suppliers to maintain up-to-date documentation
Coordinating product sample tracking and temperature logger data
Scheduling monthly product testing with external labs
Reviewing lab results and following up on any issues
Supporting monthly product quality checks using QAS
Monitoring supplier COAs and loading reports
Supporting Erudus and Brandbank data maintenance
Carrying out regular horizon scanning and TACCP/VACCP updates
Assisting with specification reviews and technical record-keeping

What You’ll Need:

Degree in Food Science, Food Safety, or a related subject
Experience in a technical support, auditing, or quality control role within a food manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of HACCP, BRCGS, and supplier compliance
Excellent organisation, admin, and communication skills
Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and follow up with suppliers and stakeholders
A valid driving licence and own car is essential.

The Ideal Candidate:You’ve likely come up through the ranks in a food manufacturing site, starting in quality control, auditing, or technical admin, and now looking to step into a more structured, wider-reaching technical role. You’re comfortable working with specifications, documents, and data - and you take pride in keeping things organised, accurate and compliant.Other Details:

Based full-time at our Dublin head office
Occasional travel required (e.g. supplier visits, product sampling)
Driving licence and own car required
Reports to the Technical & NPD Manager
Salary dependent on experience
