Food Safety & Quality Specialist

• Supporting the implementation and maintenance of Food Safety and Quality Management systems (policies, procedures, and records).
• Monitor products to ensure they meet specifications through internal checks.
• Managing product documentation, including specifications, SOPs, and QC records, and completing daily product attribute records.
• Investigating customer complaints and collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve issues.
• Reporting non-conformances, implementing corrective actions and conducting CCP (Critical Control Points) verification checks.

• Diploma in Science or Food Science (minimum).
• 1+ year of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing (preferred).
• Flexible, quick learner with strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Detail-oriented with good decision-making skills.
