Senior Health & Safety Advisor - MUST HAVE BUILDING OR RESIDENTIAL EXPERIENCEOur client is one of Ireland's leading building and civil engineering contractors, delivering complex and high-quality projects across a range of sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and data centres. With a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and sustainability, the company is committed to continually improving industry standards. Due to continued expansion, they are now hiring a Senior Health & Safety Advisor for a Dublin city based project.Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor the company's EHS Management System on the project
Promote a positive health and safety culture on site among site management, contractors, and workers
Monitor EHS compliance on site and produce weekly inspections and reports
Develop, maintain, and foster collaborative relationships with the wider project team
Influence and coach the site team in the implementation of best-practice EHS standards

Requirements

Recognised EHS degree or diploma (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred)
6+ years' experience in health and safety roles within residential or build
Previous experience on construction projects in BUILD OR RESIDENTIAL ESSENTIAL
Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
Strong IT skills - proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with database systems
Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with others
