Are you an experienced leader passionate about managing logistics and warehousing operations? ISM Recruitment is excited to partner with our client to recruit for the role of Warehouse Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company where you will oversee the delivery of safe, efficient, high-quality, system-driven services, driving growth and customer satisfaction across warehouse facilities.Key Responsibilities:
Ensure delivery of logistics services with complete customer satisfaction, developing relationships with all customers and providing key account management where required.
Ensure adequate resources (personnel, equipment, facilities, systems, etc.) are in place and utilised to meet productivity and quality targets.
Manage and develop the Company’s Inventory Management System and ensure efficient use of the client’s own IT systems where required.
Constantly review suppliers to ensure value and quality, supporting the realisation of growth opportunities with both existing and potential clients.
Promote cooperation with other departments on matters of mutual interest.
Develop and maintain a Daily/Weekly/Monthly Task List, ensuring all administrative tasks (e.g., receipts, dispatches, cycle counts, invoicing, etc.) are complete and correct.
Ensure all processes are identified, documented, and followed, including SLA/agreed processes where required.
Ensure adherence to the company OHAS Policy and proactively contribute to the maintenance of a safe working environment.
Ensure suitable locations exist for all customer and company-owned stock, assets, equipment, consumables, and supplies.
Ensure all hazards within the warehouse (yard) are related activities are identified, assessed, and preventative actions taken to minimise the risk, documenting site security.Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in logistics and warehouse management, with a strong focus on achieving specific targets.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to develop a customer-oriented service.
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and IT proficiency.
Ability to review and optimise supplier relationships and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Organisational skills to manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks effectively.
Commitment to health and safety standards and maintaining a high-quality work environment.
Valid driver’s license preferred.Hours of Work: Hours:
