By working together in service of our mission, we push the limits of human imagination and transcend the ordinary.Job Description:IMAX is looking for an EMEA Marketing Coordinator to provide project support to the EMEA Marketing team, assisting with marketing programs designed to promote the IMAX brand & IMAX content as well as to assist with special initiatives. We are looking for a creative self-starter who has a passion for the entertainment industry, ready to jump into the world of IMAX.Please note this is a contract position based in Dublin (in-office).What you’ll be doing:Supporting the EMEA Marketing team with a variety of projects and campaigns covering Film/Content, Brand and Exhibitor marketing, including brainstorming and researching marketing opportunities that can be applied to multiple markets.Supporting the team with a variety of creative and administrative duties surrounding the launch of new IMAX theatres and films across the regionCreative servicing, including requesting film and brand materials for exhibitors and overseeing the localization of digital and AV assetsManaging digital point of sale screens, including scheduling content and troubleshooting any issues with the agency.Assisting the team with invoice processing and managementSupporting staff through project overview creation and recap presentationsAuditing exhibitor and studio websites and social channels for content and adherence to IMAX Brand guidelinesEnsuring keys (KDMs) are delivered for marketing onscreen piecesAttend staff meetings as directedAssist staff with general administrative dutiesOther duties as assignedWhat we’re looking for:Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills.Well-organized, able to work both independently and as a team player, to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Multi-tasking, with being able to juggle multiple projects and jump between assignmentsProficient computer skills including MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPointGood knowledge and understanding of social media and networking platformsProficiency in related languages (e.g German or Arabic) desirableAt IMAX, you will be part of a culture built on respect – we are committed to creating a welcoming and diverse atmosphere across our organization.For consideration, please apply online.
