- The management of complex stakeholder relationships and the sign-off of defined project objectives to form an agreed project brief.
- The establishment of an overall project budget including all consultancy fees, construction and any other related costs.
- The production of 'reports on scope, budget and timescale delivery against “Baseline” targets.
- Procure additional project team members such as Designers, Quantity Surveyors, Real Estate Advisors etc. as required ensuring EU Public
- Procurement requirements are fully complied with.
- The supervision of the design and procurement process through to project construction and final handover.
- Minimum of 5 years' post graduate construction/project management experience.
- A qualification at Level 8 in the National Framework of Qualifications in quantity surveying, engineering, construction management, architecture or similar.
- Proven experience in a similar client/consultancy project management role with a
- demonstrable record of taking construction projects through from inception to completion.
- Current full class B drivers' licence and access to own car.
