My client, a leading Irish contractor with over 120 years in the industry, is expanding and seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee an exciting commercial development in Limerick City.Key RequirementsDegree in Engineering (additional qualifications a plus)5+ years’ project management experience here in Ireland, ideally with a main contractorSkilled in ASTA or MS Project planning softwareProven track record managing large projects on time, on budget, and to a high standardExperience in sectors such as Pharma, Industrial, Commercial, Education, Health, and Data CentresStrong leadership, organisational, and communication skillsAbility to interpret complex contractual documentsFlexible, adaptable, and detail-focusedExperience with services and structural steel construction an advantage * Full Irish work rightsMain ResponsibilitiesManage projects from initiation through to handover and reviewSet and deliver on performance and client requirementsEnsure quality, compliance, and accurate project documentationCollaborate with clients on KPI development and progress trackingPlan and allocate resources, including labour, materials, and subcontractorsLead teams to meet project milestones and deadlinesMaintain high safety standards on site in coordination with the Site Safety Officer
