- Ensure full adherence to internal healthcare guidelines, including GxP policy requirements and training compliance.
- Maintain strong GxP awareness and act as a subject-matter contact for quality-related expectations.
- Drive customer growth and retention through strategic portfolio planning and account optimization.
- Develop and manage high-quality account plans in alignment with Global and Network KAM standards.
- Maintain a healthy, high-quality pipeline in CoreLOG to support business objectives.
- Support strategic tenders, escalate challenges where required, and enable cross-functional collaboration.
- Contribute to value proposition development by working with Business Units and industry teams on innovative service offerings.
- Represent Kuehne+Nagel as a senior industry expert, nurturing strong internal and external relationships.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years’ experience in key account management or business development within the logistics or healthcare supply chain sector
- Demonstrated success in driving account growth, retention, and strategic development.
- Strong experience supporting complex tenders, managing escalations, and supporting industry-specific solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Willingness to travel as required to support customers and internal stakeholders.
