- Minimum 2 years experience as a General Manager in a large, fast paced restaurant who offer exceptional food / Beverage and excellent service
- Role may also suit experienced 4/5* Hotel Food and Beverage/ Operations Manager
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and hospitality standards
- Proven leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem solving skills
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and costs
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure excellent service
- Maintain consistently high standards of food service and presentation
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP, health & safety and company policies
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Lead, motivate and manage all front of house and management staff
- Recruit, train, schedule and retain a high performing team
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews and ongoing training
- Foster a positive, respectful and professional working environment
- Communicate well with you colleagues in our Kitchen
- Manage budgets, forecasts and profit margins
- Control labour costs and operational expenses
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly financial reports
- Maximise revenue through effective scheduling, upselling and service standards
- Act as an ambassador for the Restaurant and brand
- Ensure a warm, welcoming and memorable experience for all guests
- Maintain the restaurants reputation for quality and service excellence
- Degree or qualification in Hospitality Management or Business is an advantage
