Grow here.At AECOM, we are currently recruiting for an Associate Project Manager:Residential projects to join us in our Dublin office.Here's what you'll do:Your day-to-day will include but not be limited to the following tasks and responsibilities;The role will cover the whole project lifecycle from initial inception, through the design and procurement process and onto the site delivery and commissioning phase.
  • Work with other member of the project management team to successfully manage and deliver capital investment projects in large residential or mixed-use developments construction projects.
  • Lead project management commissions taking overall responsibility for their successful delivery
  • Liaise directly with clients, oversee project management team members with their duties
  • Ensure commissions are managed to the right quality standards and are completed efficiently and on time
  • Manage pre-construction activities including feasibility studies, planning applications, and procurement strategies.
  • Develop and maintain the project execution plan, scope, program, and budget.
  • Planning, directing and supervising all operations included in moderately sized projects with moderate risk, complexity and financial impact
  • Supporting the development of proposal for new work
  • Be specifically responsible for delegated business development / marketing objectives

QualificationsReady to push the limits of what's possible?Here's what we're looking for:As the successful candidate, you will have experience working within our markets along with having the following qualifications and experience.
  • Degree Qualified - BSc or MSc - in Project Management or other construction or engineering-related profession.
  • Professionally Qualified - ideally Chartered Project Manager Status with the RICS, APM, CIOB, or other equivalent institution.
