Salary € 30,000 -40,000The RoleLeinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Service Administrator in Co. Kildare.Permanent, full time role.Hybrid after training period - 3 days at homeSalary up to €40,00040 hour working weekMain duties:
- Prepare and process invoices and claim-related documentation.
- Achieve monthly invoicing targets in line with the training plan.
- Generate daily invoicing reports to support trend analysis and dashboard creation.
- Manage and resolve invoice-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain and update customer and vehicle records accurately.
- Support the preparation and coordination of warranty, contract, and retail audits.
- Liaise with workshop personnel to ensure job packs are processed efficiently and on time.
- Assist in managing and controlling all parts warranty and contract administration.
- Monitor and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
- Produce weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports as required.
- Complete all documentation and job-related paperwork in compliance with company standards.
- Follow established procedures and adhere to company policies.
- Provide cover for CVRT and CSR duties when necessary.
- Undertake any additional duties or tasks as required to support the team and business operations.
- Motor trade/claim handling experience required
- Good technical knowledge of motor vehicles.
- Good communication skills.
- Highly organized.
- Ability to work to challenging deadlines.
- Strong IT skills.
