- Manage the Specialist Systems Integrator (SI) across all aspects of BMS and EPMS works, including design, health & safety, quality, commissioning, and pre-construction activities.
- Coordinate M&E contractor installations related to BMS and EPMS systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to deliver automation systems that meet client requirements.
- Oversee execution of automation works to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with BMS and EPMS systems.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including clients, commissioning agents, contractors, and equipment vendors (OFCI & CFCI).
- Implement and enforce quality control measures, ensuring systems are reliable, compliant, and efficient.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and other work package leads.
- Proven experience managing BMS and EPMS systems in large-scale construction projects, ideally within the data centre sector.
- Strong knowledge of BMS technologies, automation protocols, and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Project management experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with relevant software and programming languages.
- €85,000 – €100,000 annual salary, plus comprehensive benefits.
