Job DescriptionWe are recruiting for a Sales Team Leader for our Client based in Dublin 12The Sales Team Leader performs various Functions in ensuring effective coordination of the sales department to achieving increased sales.ResponsibilitiesBe acquainted with sales items and procedures in order to provide accurate information to customers and also to source new customers and boost sales with existing customers.· Price changes/ Queries· Deal with Delivery Queries· Invoicing of Daily Orders.· Perform upselling and cross-selling to customersSupervise and monitor daily operations, ensure the compliance with established internal guidelines and requirements.· Assist in scheduling working hours and involve in performance management.· Roster & holiday arrangement.· Generate Sales Support and Phone Call Report· Train new staff and coaching and guide staff· Perform upselling and cross-selling to customer.Provide Administrative Support· Solve warehouse and transport problems.· Solve delivery problem (including product issue).· Provide customer service and professional advice.· Handle complaints in a professional manner.· New accounts setup· Ensure all required documentation is accurately completed.Skills· Strong leadership skills to effectively guide and manage a team to achieving sales goals.· Problem-solving skills, and ability to work on own initiative.· Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.· Must have Mandarin and Cantonese.
