The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of skin health, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client care.Primary DutiesConduct thorough skin consultations and assessments.Develop customised treatment plans based on client needs and skin types.Perform advanced facial treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, micro-needling, IPL, LED therapy, and other non-invasive skin procedures.Recommend appropriate skincare products and educate clients on at-home regimens.Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.Stay current with industry trends, products, and technologies.Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, sterile work environmentRequirements1 Year minimum experience.Qualifications:Certified Therapist or equivalent qualification in skin therapy or dermatology.Proven experience as a Skin Specialist or similar role.In-depth knowledge of skin conditions, treatments, and cosmetic products.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Strong attention to detail and a professional, polished demeanor.Additional certifications in advanced skin treatments (e.g., microneedling, laser therapy) are a plus.Preferred Attributes:Passion for skincare and client wellness.Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.BenefitsEmployment BenefitsWork with an Experienced and Supportive Team
