- Conduct thorough skin consultations and assessments
- Develop customised treatment plans based on client needs and skin types.
- Perform advanced facial treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, micro-needling, IPL, LED therapy, and other non-invasive skin procedures.
- Recommend appropriate skincare products and educate clients on at-home regimens.
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
- Stay current with industry trends, products, and technologies.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, sterile work environment
- Certified Therapist or equivalent qualification in skin therapy or dermatology.
- Proven experience as a Skin Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of skin conditions, treatments, and cosmetic products.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a professional, polished demeanor.
- Additional certifications in advanced skin treatments (e.g., microneedling, laser therapy) are a plus.
- Passion for skincare and client wellness.
