I'm working on a high-impact opportunity within a global tech organisation's Trust & Safety team - focused on tackling real-world online harm at scale.This is not a standard analyst role. You'll sit at the intersection of data, operations, and strategy, helping shape how abuse is detected, analysed, and mitigated across large-scale platforms.What you'll be doing:
  • Leading data-driven analysis to uncover abuse trends and operational gaps
  • Owning projects that improve harm detection and mitigation
  • Defining metrics and turning insights into clear, actionable decisions
  • Partnering with global stakeholders across policy, operations, and technical teams
  • Driving process improvements and resolving complex operational challenges
What they're looking for:
  • Strong experience in data analytics (SQL essential, Python/R a plus)
  • Ability to move beyond reporting into insight and recommendations
  • Proven experience managing projects end-to-end
  • Confidence influencing stakeholders across different functions
  • Experience in Trust & Safety, risk, fraud, or platform operations is a strong advantage
