Commercial Manager - Dublin - Civils and Data CentresWe are currently partnering with a leading Contractor who are active across the UK and Europe. Demonstrating success in an array of sectors including but not limited to, Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Energy and many more. Due to continued success they are looking to further strengthen their team with an experienced Commercial Manager in Dublin.RequirementsCommercial Leadership Across Data Centre & Civils Works: Oversee all commercial aspects of major data centre and civils projects in Dublin, ensuring accurate cost planning, budget management, forecasting, and financial governance throughout the project lifecycle.
Contract Administration & Change Management: Manage tender processes, contract negotiations, award, variations, and claims; ensure all contracts and commercial activities comply with Irish construction law, industry standards, and client requirements.
Procurement & Supply Chain Management: Lead procurement strategies for civils, groundworks, utilities, and structural packages; evaluate subcontractor proposals, negotiate competitive terms, and maintain strong supply chain performance.
Risk & Opportunity Analysis: Identify and mitigate commercial risks while monitoring opportunities to optimise project value; provide strategic commercial insight to project leadership teams and support high-level decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting: Serve as the primary commercial contact for clients, project managers, engineers, and subcontractors; deliver clear commercial reporting, cost updates, and commercial advice to internal and external stakeholders.RequirementsMust have 8+ years in a similar role preferably on Civil Infrastructure and Data Centre packages
Must have relevant degree level qualifications
Ideal candidate will come from a Civils background
