Wintel Server Engineer / Administrator

• Maintain availability, security, and performance of Windows Server (on-prem & Azure).
• Patch, monitor, and ensure compliance with IT security policies.

• Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, and access controls.
• Support Exchange Online: mailboxes, distribution lists, mail flow, and security.

• Administer Azure VMs, IAM, networking, and resources.
• Manage SSL certificates and implement cybersecurity controls.

• Support VMware/Hyper-V environments.
• Deploy and maintain desktop/laptop images via Intune/ManageEngine.

• Resolve escalated service desk requests.
• Manage backups, disaster recovery, and system documentation.
• Provide reporting and contribute to infrastructure upgrades/projects.

• Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Exchange Online, Entra ID
• SSL certificate management, Virtualisation platforms (Hyper-V), and cloud backup solutions
• Cybersecurity best practices, desktop image deployment, and network/firewall fundamentals
