- To maintain intruder alarm, access control and video surveillance systems to the required standards and regulations across our customer sites.
- Drive excellent customer service by working with our Service Manager and Service Desk Co-Coordinator’s by utilising the Smartphone Apps to delivery completed maintenances on customer systems
- Accountable for all aspects of van stock, safety equipment and training, must be flexible in working out of hours and be presentable and professional in front of customers.
- Undertake planned maintenance work.
- To provide assistance to lead engineers where second person jobs are required
- Meet all Health, Safety and Quality requirements for self and ensure team member compliance.
- Any other reasonable task as assigned by your manager.
