- Take full commercial responsibility for assigned work packages from pre-award through to final account
- Measure and value works from drawings, specifications, and site records, applying appropriate rates and commercial strategies
- Lead procurement activities, including tender analysis, subcontract negotiation, and contract award
- Manage and maintain the project budget in line with direction from the Project Director
- Prepare and submit accurate monthly cost reports, forecasts, and cash flows in accordance with internal procedures
- Administer subcontractor accounts, including interim valuations, change management, and final account agreement
- Manage client commercial communications and attend monthly commercial and progress meetings
- Identify, prepare, and submit claims, variations, and contractual notices in line with contract provisions
- Proactively manage cost risk, value engineering opportunities, and commercial exposure
- Resolve commercial issues and disputes with clients and subcontractors in a professional and timely manner
- Support and mentor junior commercial staff as required
- Ensure all commercial documentation is accurately maintained and auditable
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- 8+ years’ experience in a Senior Quantity Surveyor or equivalent role
- Strong background in large-scale construction projects (data centres, MEP, industrial, pharmaceutical, or mission-critical projects preferred)
- Proven experience managing multiple subcontract packages and complex cost structures
- Excellent knowledge of contract administration and change control processes
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence project outcomes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Previous data centre project experience is highly advantageous but not essential
- €95,000 – €105,000 base salary (depending on experience)
