Project Onboarding SpecialistWe're looking for a highly organised, proactive, and people-focused Project Onboarding Specialist to support the transition of vendors during the rollout of a new internal system.As part of a collaborative and supportive team, you'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for both existing and new vendors. You'll help build confidence in the transition, gain an in-depth understanding of the systems you'll work with daily, and make a real impact on the success of this important project.12 month contractLocation: Little Island - Hyrbrid working modelSalary: €19.49 per hourWhat you'll do:
  • Ensure data accuracy by cleansing and correcting vendor information ahead of transfer to the new system.
  • Use available tools (including advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) to make data migration as seamless as possible.
  • Provide administrative support across onboarding projects, including maintaining trackers, documentation, and reporting.
  • Guide vendors through onboarding steps, answering queries and escalating issues where required.
  • Assist with setting up new vendor records and maintaining ongoing data accuracy.
  • Monitor shared inboxes, portals, and project tools to ensure timely responses and consistent support.
  • Support team coordination tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, note-taking, and follow-ups.
  • Collect user feedback to help identify common issues and opportunities for improvement.
What we're looking for:
  • Strong technical skills, with advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to managing multiple tasks.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn new tools and processes.
  • Previous experience engaging with customers or vendors, with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as SAP, Ariba, or Coupa would be a plus (training provided).
