- Manage and prioritise your caseload effectively, ensuring timely resolutions and exceptional customer service.
- Analyse claim details to ensure adherence to policy conditions.
- Utilise your technical expertise to devise and implement effective claim management strategies tailored to each case.
- Ensure meticulous documentation and information gathering during investigations.
- Maintain accurate and updated claims files.
- Collaborate with legal professionals and other stakeholders to negotiate successful claim outcomes.
- Focus on controlling claim costs while meeting customer and regulatory expectations.
- Process provider bordereaux, including windscreen, car rental, and motor assessor invoices, where applicable.
- Operate within predefined authority limits.
- Engage in collaborative learning with internal departments such as underwriting and compliance.
- Benefit from exposure to senior management, leveraging their extensive industry experience.
- Collaborate with external experts to achieve optimal claim resolutions and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Grow professionally within a dynamic and expanding organisation.
- Preferred qualifications include professional designations such as APA, CIP, MDI, and ACII.
- While prior motor claims handling experience is advantageous, it is not essential as role-specific training will be provided.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
