Role: Motor Claims Handler:Location: South DublinMotor Claims Handler wanted for Insurance Company-South DublinOur client, a leading insurance company, is seeking dynamic individuals to join their team as Motor Claims Handlers. In this role, you’ll be pivotal in meeting the insurance needs of the companies valued customers and guiding them through the claims process. Joining the Claims Team, you’ll not only handle claims efficiently but also contribute to shaping future enhancements.Your Role:
  • Offer comprehensive support and guidance to claimants throughout their claims journey.
  • Manage and prioritise your caseload effectively, ensuring timely resolutions and exceptional customer service.
  • Analyse claim details to ensure adherence to policy conditions.
  • Utilise your technical expertise to devise and implement effective claim management strategies tailored to each case.
  • Ensure meticulous documentation and information gathering during investigations.
  • Maintain accurate and updated claims files.
  • Collaborate with legal professionals and other stakeholders to negotiate successful claim outcomes.
  • Focus on controlling claim costs while meeting customer and regulatory expectations.
  • Process provider bordereaux, including windscreen, car rental, and motor assessor invoices, where applicable.
  • Operate within predefined authority limits.
Your Skills:
  • Engage in collaborative learning with internal departments such as underwriting and compliance.
  • Benefit from exposure to senior management, leveraging their extensive industry experience.
  • Collaborate with external experts to achieve optimal claim resolutions and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Grow professionally within a dynamic and expanding organisation.
  • Preferred qualifications include professional designations such as APA, CIP, MDI, and ACII.
  • While prior motor claims handling experience is advantageous, it is not essential as role-specific training will be provided.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
