Senior Business Manager - Global Banking & MarketsThis is a high-profile role within a leading global financial services organisation. You will work closely with senior leadership to help shape strategy, drive key initiatives, and enhance how the business operates day-to-day.If you enjoy solving complex problems, bringing structure to fast-paced environments, and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, this role offers excellent exposure across regional and global teams.You will join a collaborative Business Management function that plays a key role in decision-making - supporting business growth, operational efficiency, and regulatory alignment.Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver key business priorities across a European Banking & Markets platform
  • Support strategic initiatives and change programmes, from business case development through to implementation and benefits realisation
  • Drive improvements in operational processes and ways of working to enhance efficiency, transparency, and control
  • Support business planning, governance, and management reporting, including preparation of materials for senior leadership and committees
  • Collaborate across front office, support, and control functions to resolve issues and deliver aligned outcomes
  • Contribute to strengthening the control environment through involvement in risk, audit, and regulatory activities
  • Build strong relationships across regional and global teams, acting as a trusted partner to the business
