With a strong pipeline of projects and a reputation for excellence, they are expanding their team and seeking a Finishing Foreperson to join their dynamic site management team.Role OverviewAs a Finishing Foreperson, you will play a key role in the final stages of our residential and commercial projects. You will ensure the highest standards of finish, coordinate with subcontractors, and liaise with clients and stakeholders to deliver quality homes and buildings on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate all finishing trades on site.
  • Ensure quality control and snag-free delivery of units.
  • Liaise with site management, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Manage material orders and deliveries for finishing works.
  • Work closely with clients, residents, and local authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and building regulations.
  • Drive project completion and handover timelines.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor.
  • Strong knowledge of finishing standards in residential and commercial builds.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
  • Proven track record of managing snag lists and handovers.
  • Trade background or construction-related qualification preferred.
  • Full clean driving licence.
