General Manager – Entertainment venueA busy entertainment venue based in South Dublin, are looking for a General Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the venue, ensuring a high level of customer service and customer satisfaction is delivered at all times. You will oversee operations of the venue, and ensure the staff are motivated and ambitious at all times.For you:

South Dublin location
Salary €55k per annum
Additional bonus
Some weekend work involved

Responsibilities:

Manage day to day operations of a busy entertainment venue
Implement customer service standards
Accomplish Human Recourses objectives by recruiting, interviewing, and training new staff
Meet financial objectives by forecasting, scheduling, and adjusting labour
Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment
Delegate projects and assignments to others
Demonstrate an ownership to all the operations of the venue
Build strong rapport with management

Requirements:

6+ years in customer service
4+ years in a leadership role
Available for weekend work when required
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency with IT necessary
