- Prepare daily bank reconciliation and lodgements to the bank.
- Process creditor invoices and prepare EFT payments for banking online
- Prepare monthly creditors statement reconciliations
- Be responsible for maintenance of debtor’s ledger including sales invoicing where required
- Assist in maintenance of nominal ledger and preparation of accounts to trial balance monthly including detailed payroll reconciliation
- Assist in annual audit
- VAT reporting
- 2-3 years administration experience, ideally within a finance role.
- A relevant qualification of a recognised body is an advantage
- Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a tea
- Strong excel skills required
