They are now searching for a Claims Handler experienced in Direct Settlement for injury claims. This role requires APA qualification in both Personal & Commercial Insurance.About Your New Job

As Injury Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing claims within the Injuries Board process, as well as settling claims with claimants' legal representatives prior to the Injuries Board process.
You will manage claims that have proceeded to litigation including liaising/instructing Legal Defence Team, Expert witnesses, Service Providers etc. as well as ensuring all recovery opportunities and fraud aspects are identified and handled.
As Injury Claims Handler you will ensure compliance with regulatory rules and codes as well as ensuring customer service levels are maintained in accordance company standards.

What Skills You Need

APA Qualification in both Personal & Commercial Insurance.
Minimum 2+ years experience in handling injury claims.
Strong Technical knowledge of liability claims handling along with an excellent understanding of the Personal Injuries Assessment Board and litigation processes.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
