
Senior Brand Manager Pringles, Promotions & Partnership

- Work closely with the Marketing Director of Consumer & Shopper Experience to design and execute world-class, disruptive promotions and partnerships that support the wider business objectives.
- Team management, coaching and mentoring direct reports to ensure your team are equipped to execute plans on time with excellence
- Developing and leading compelling briefs to key agency partners
- Ongoing relationship management with key agency partners, steering with a strong marketing judgement and overseeing the delivery of creative and operational excellence
- Influencing senior stakeholders across the region with impactful storytelling
- Manage day-to-day project requirements including budget management, collaborating with all key European Kellanova departments and local activation teams to ensure delivery of promotional initiatives
- Manage and oversee day to day involvement of external suppliers in relation to activation projects to ensure all necessary goods and services are delivered to plan and budget
- Overseeing the project approvals process ensuring alignment with all key project areas such as Legal, Quality, Corporate Communications, Consumer Services, Digital and Premia.
- Strong strategy activation and compelling brand storytelling capabilities
- Excellent attention to detail and experience in project management with proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with strong negotiation experience and capabilities
- Evidence of brilliant execution of plans, engaging and orchestrating cross functional and cross-agency teams to ensure project KPI's are met on time and on budget
- Demonstrable experience managing project budgets/ trackers
- A determined attitude, especially when it comes to creating brilliant brand experiences for our consumers
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and matrixed environment
