- Customer Programme Leadership: Design and deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns across hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering environments.
- Sales Enablement: Develop customer toolkits and assets that empower our sales teams to pitch winning propositions.
- Innovation & Experience: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new product and experience concepts to market - with a strong focus on sustainability and emerging technology.
- Strategy & Storytelling: Work alongside our sourcing and product teams to build authentic brand stories rooted in heritage and ethical partnerships.
- Budget Ownership: Take full accountability for planning, managing, and optimising channel marketing budgets.
- Team Leadership: Contribute as a senior voice within the marketing team, promoting a culture of creativity, collaboration, and brand pride.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related creative discipline.
- 5+ years' experience in trade/customer marketing - ideally in FMCG, foodservice, or hospitality.
- A track record of launching high-impact customer campaigns and innovation projects.
- Strong understanding of ESG principles and the role of sustainability in modern brand building.
- Confidence influencing internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication, planning, and multitasking skills.
- A sense of ownership, initiative, and pride in your work.
- Experience working with premium or values-driven brands is a distinct advantage.
