Brand events are a big part of that plan.The Intercom brand events team is looking for an Broadcast Producer with experience in project management and broadcasting online brand events, at scale. You'll drive the end-to-end production of our online broadcasts and support the broader brand events team on a variety of on-the-ground live events.Our team is home to a small but growing diverse group of producers and creatives with a broad range of experience, backgrounds and talents. We strive to constantly look for ways to make our day-to-day work feel fresh and meaningful, and we deeply value work that's executed through unmatched creativity, courage and execution.What will I be doing? πŸš€Produce and project manage online brand events and broadcasts for IntercomProject manage Intercom's live streams at in-person eventsCreate high-quality work that's aligned with our brand and business strategyPartner with expert suppliers and agencies to execute world-class creative productionsSupport the planning and execution of Intercom's tier 1 creative productions eg. a customer conferenceContinuously learn about Intercom's products and maintain deep empathy with B2B SaaS and Customer Support audiencesTraveling as needed (~15% of the time)What skills do I need? πŸ“–5+ years of broadcasting and events experience with a portfolio showcasing your best work to dateStrong understanding and experience of working in-house with a tech brandsAn innate understanding and care of brand representationAbility to take broad visions and develop them into strategic, structured, measurable plansAbility to stay on top of production trends while remaining true to Intercom's core brand identityExperience with large-scale event budget managementExperience working with video and broadcast production consultants and agenciesExperience working across multiple teams and disciplines collaboratively and effectivelyAbility to communicate with precision, clarity, honesty and respectAbility to work independently and autonomouslyBonus skills & attributes πŸ™ŒBachelor's degree in marketing, event management or film and broadcastingPrevious experience working in-agencySecond language - French, Portuguese, SpanishProficiency and preference in online event software solutions such as ticketing and virtual events platformsBenefits 😍We are a well treated bunch, with awesome benefits!
