We are seeking an exceptional and ambitious Sales Director who will play a key role in driving strategic, Tableau sales initiatives for Emerging Small Business (ESB) customers across EMEA, based from our Dublin Sales hub.Role Description:
As a Sales Leader, you will lead a team of highly visible and motivated Sales Executives in our expanding Tableau sales operation that generates revenue and achieves individual, team and organisational quotas. Ideal candidates should possess solid business-to-business (B2B) sales and prior Sales management experience.Your Impact:
Hire, train and manage a team of Account Executives responsible for Analytics Sales for the EMEA ESB market space
Mentoring and coaching the Account Executives to achieve revenue, growth, pipeline targets and other KPIs on a monthly, quarterly and annual base
Supporting Account Executives by participating and leading in client meetings and engaging other teams as required
Build career paths and help turn your team into the future talent of Salesforce
Build a brand in the region in your market space for Tableau by collaborating with partners, hosting events and coming up with initiatives
Accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting to Area Sales Management
Consistently supervising and enhancing the sales activities of the team
Be an enabler of an inclusive and winning team spiritRequired skills:
  • Previous experience gained in software sales (SaaS / Cloud)
  • 3-5 years management experience successfully coaching, mentoring and managing a team of Sales professionals to achieve performance goals
  • Experience leading sales teams covering EMEA/International regions
  • Consistent proven track record of over achievement of quota expectations in an individual contributor sales role and managerial role
  • A passion for building a thriving and diverse team
  • Proven track record of creating and inspiring successful teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and build trusted relationships (internally and externally)
  • Outstanding communication, organisational and time management skills
  • Passion for supporting team development, as well as for their own self-improvement
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural and high-growth environment
  • English fluency and minimum of one additional European language
