Type: Full-Time, PermanentWe are currently seeking a proactive and safety-focused Traffic Management Coordinator to oversee the implementation of traffic control measures for roadworks and infrastructure projects. This key role supports the planning and delivery of scheduled works by ensuring safe and efficient traffic flow on public roads.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate, install, maintain, and remove temporary traffic management systemsConduct risk assessments and prepare method statements for traffic control activitiesMonitor, record, and report on traffic management operationsEnsure compliance with health and safety standards and traffic regulationsWork closely with site teams, contractors, and local stakeholdersWhat We’re Looking ForEssential:Previous experience in traffic management or a similar roleFull, clean driving licenceStrong understanding of health and safety requirementsDesirable:Qualification in Traffic Management (e.g. SLG, TTMO, or equivalent)Category E driving licence (support and training provided if not currently held)Personal Attributes:Flexible, hands-on approachPhysically fit and capable of meeting on-site demandsReliable, safety-driven, and team-orientedWhat We OfferCompetitive pay and overtime opportunitiesSupport with further training and qualificationsOpportunities for career progressionA collaborative, safety-first working culture
