- Lead projects with direct engagement with the Main Contractor’s Site Foreman and the Design Team.
- Demonstrate a hands-on approach to ensure the timely completion of projects.
- Exhibit astuteness in making critical decisions on-site and effectively managing a team of 8-10 employees.
- Create and enforce employee schedules and construction timelines.
- Ensure that projects adhere to timelines, preventing costs from exceeding the construction budget.
- Oversee works to guarantee they meet high-quality standards.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in a management/supervisory position or equivalent site experience.
- Extensive knowledge of current regulations, including health and safety.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Full clean driving licence and the legal right to work in Ireland.
