Engineering Manager - .Net/AWSLocation: Dublin City Centre (4 days onsite)Salary: €110-120k (Negotiable) base + Bonus + LTI + Excellent Pension + HealthAbout the RoleWe are seeking an Engineering Manager with experience in the financial services domain, particularly general ledger systems. This is a leadership-focused position where you will oversee a team of engineers, provide technical direction, and ensure delivery excellence. While not a hands-on coding role, you will bring the technical credibility to guide your team through complex solutions when required.Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering best practices in delivery and design.
Drive the engineering roadmap for financial systems, particularly within general ledger.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance and Technology to ensure alignment.
Provide architectural guidance, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure solutions.
Manage delivery timelines, team performance, and quality standards.

Skills & Experience

Proven leadership experience as an Engineering Manager or similar.
Strong understanding of financial systems / general ledger platforms desired but not essential
Technical background in .NET with exposure to AWS cloud.
Ability to lead teams without being hands-on daily, but comfortable stepping in with solutions when needed.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
