Engineering Manager - .Net/Python/Azure

• Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team working on investment platforms.
• Shape and deliver the technical roadmap for Aladdin and related investment systems.
• Partner closely with investment professionals and technology leaders to align solutions with business strategy.
• Provide oversight on architecture and design decisions, ensuring scalability and innovation.
• Support cloud transformation initiatives, helping build Azure-based investment platforms.

• Proven leadership experience as an Engineering Manager in financial or investment systems.
• Experience working with investment platforms (ideally Aladdin).
• Technical background in .NET and/or Python, with strong knowledge of Azure cloud.
• Ability to guide technical direction without being hands-on daily.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
