Squarespace's People Team is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who will hire in our Dublin office and other international locations. Our Talent Acquisition team finds and hires talent, serves as strategic partners to business leaders, and fosters Squarespace's talent brand. We are a collaborative, dedicated, and agile team, who pride our selves in excellent execution and white-glove service. You will partner with our local People Team and will predominantly support the Engineering, Product, and Customer Operations departments.This is an opportunity for you to establish yourself as Squarespace's expert in international hiring, immediately accelerate our current efforts, and directly contribute to the success of our international growth.This is a hybrid role working from our Dublin office 3 days per week. Develop and implement hiring strategies for top technical and business talent across 5+ countries, serving as Squarespace's international hiring expert.
Provide an efficient, high-touch experience for every candidate from application to offer, and for every hiring manager from intake to close.
Build high-trust, advisory relationships with hiring managers and interviewers alike; influence recruitment strategies and positively affecting hiring outcomes
Identify, attract, and evaluate candidates using your understanding of Squarespace's culture, product, needs, and strategic direction.
Recommend, negotiate, and close offers, selling Squarespace's compensation philosophy, culture, unique impact of their role, and opportunity.
Demonstrate your personal impact, results and performance through high quality data and accurate data in our applicant tracking system.

Who We're Looking For

5+ years of experience with full-cycle recruiting and a success within technical recruiting (either agency or internal) across multiple countries and new countries alike.
Current with the latest engineering trends, frameworks, languages, and libraries
An excellent grasp of the Dublin tech ecosystem
A sense of accomplishment from providing slates of sourced passive candidates
Experience educating and selling candidates on equity compensation vehicles, including: RSUs and stock options
Experience hiring candidates with visa sponsorship requirements; understanding of visa sponsorship types and limitations
