The Senior Architectural Technologist role is responsible for leading a team across multiple projects, responsible for delivering high-quality design solutions on time and within budget. The position oversees production and supervision of design work and ensures effective handover of completed design packages to the construction team.You will be responsible for:Lead project design delivery - review scope, agree deliverables, and manage design budgets and programmes.Ensure compliance and quality - meet all regulatory, standards, and Health & Safety design requirements.Oversee technical design execution - manage detailing, product/material selection, subcontractor technical packages, and design RFIs.Monitor performance - track productivity, report against targets, and support successful project outcomes.Lead and coordinate teams - mentor technologists and maintain clear communication with design teams, subcontractors, and site teams.You will need to have:BSc in Architectural Technology.Strong BIM & software skillsSolid knowledge of Building Regulations, BCAR, detailing, and material specification.Practical industry experience - proven problem-solving ability and experience delivering technical design in a contractor or similar project environment.Apply now and take the next step in your career by:Following the link below and attaching your CVINDNC
